Answer: To recruit Opala, Farah, Osira to your mansion, you have to have Opala
as a wife or slave, Farah (any mode I think), and Osira as a slave and
have a fully upgraded mansion, with a near full staff. You do not need
the Jester to tell the 3 royals to move in.
